The activities of FICAN East are led by a management board, which consists of representatives from all contracting parties. The management board is responsible for FICAN East’s strategic alignment, ensuring that the units of each contracting party commit to the activities, as well as monitoring the fulfillment of decisions and obligations. The management group is led by the chair Outi Kuittinen (UEF) and vice chair Heikki Miettinen (Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland).
