
FICAN East
is one of the five regional cancer centers, which together with the coordinating unit form the Finnish Cancer Center.
FICAN East is formed by the Wellbeing Services County of North Savo (PSHVA), the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland (HYVAKS), the South Savo Wellbeing Services County (Eloisa) and the Wellbeing services county of North Karelia (Siun sote), as well as the University of Eastern Finland (UEF).
