Steering and coordination
As part of the Finnish Cancer Center, the national cancer screening steering group provides guidance and monitors the initiation, implementation, and development of cancer screenings. The steering group makes recommendations and offers expertise to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in the preparation of laws and regulations related to cancer screenings.
